Hey, I’m college student(ICT) working my way up engineer degree and maybe master, and I think I want to grow into cybersecurity, I’m learning basics for something around one year now, I know not much but slowly forward, and I wanted to know how people that works already in the field got their jobs. Just go straight for the pentesting or maybe you pivoted from network engineer? If it wouldn’t be a problem just a simple conversation with a newb that maybe go for this kind of job.
