Starting point Tier 1 Machines already rooted, but not fully completed

So I had completed Starting Point’s tier 1 free machines, but somehow the progress was removed, but it remembers that I had rooted the machine. Now I cannot go to Tier 2 because it wants me to complete the Tier 1 free machines, but I cannot do them. What shall I do?
