Hi,
I have not been able to access the machines for 1 day. I am using Pwnbox. The machines are not responding to ping, and the ports that should be open appear as filtered in nmap.

I wrote to support, but no one has responded.

are you sure you used the proper category?

Each category can open a PwnBox in that specific option.

For example, the Starting Point is a “chapter” in this platform for beginners. On the left hand side of the App subdomain.

In the starting-point, the PwnBox that you will spawn can communicate only(!!!) with machines from the starting point, not the seasonal machine. For the seasonal machine you need to choose to connect to HTB, using the machine category.
