Hi all, my rank is blocked to 0% towards Elite Hacker even if I complete the machines. Is it normal?

Rank progress is calculated from your current rank. In this case, Pro Hacker. To see your rank progress increase, you need to reach the ownership percentage required for Pro Hacker first. If you don’t see any progress than your ownership percentage is below your current rank.

If you complete machines or challenges that are retired, they are NOT counted to your progress if I am not mistaken. Only towards ownership I think!
