php-reverse-shell.php issue on 10.10.10.28 oopsie

i uploaded php-reverse-shell.php and i finded the path ware the reverse shell php file is located , i try to access file using curl on terminal it shows followed error and i am not getting reverse shell

Have you configured the script with correct destination IP address and there is netcat listening on the other side?
