I have tried so many - my laptop fails to run android studio (it runs so slowly I can do nothing). I tried a few others (see my post above).
Trying anbox now as a recommendation from a team mate.

edit: anbox does not seem to run either…

I spent ages getting my software configuration working for the first step. For those struggling, I ended up setting up a fresh ubuntu VM with **b*x installed with snap, and following the advice earlier in the forum about burp.

I spent hours scratching my head on what was wrong with my setup. Dont know why I couldn’t get it to work maybe because instead of doing things in a studio you need to do them in a box? :man_shrugging:

anbox not working on Pwnbox - any snap installs have issues with pwnbox - anyone know a simple way to fix this as it’ll be the same for most android related things

Most people who have reached out to me have just had issues with the emulation. I was able to successfully use Nox and GenyMotion. And users told me they got Anbox working. BlueStacks should work as well. Android Studio wouldn’t work for me with the same setup and ensuring I could hit routerspace from the emulated phone.

I performed a static code analysis of the apk but did not find anything interesting.
I tried dynamic analysis but i got banned after a simple enum every time.
Any hint ??

no enumeration , nothing , just fire burp , and use the apk as a normal user .
