whenever i am scanning target getting same error also with -Pn no result is coming so anyone know then help me out!!!
You appear new to the community. Welcome! The retired machines have to be spawned on your app.hackthebox.eu account individually. Also, only a couple of retired machines are available in the free tier. If you pay for a VIP subscription which costs ~$10 USD per month and a great investment, (you are welcome HTB) you are allowed to spin up one retired machine at a time to work on. You should try to ping the active machines - then try the two retired nodes (Paper and Phoenix) to make sure your openvpn config is working.
