Issues with Platform Access - WebPulse Bad Reputation Domain Request

I hope everyone is doing well. I am experiencing some issues when trying to access a lab on the platform, (the problem is with symantec endpoint protection and i cant disable it, i have the error with academy exercises and htb machines) and I was wondering if anyone else has faced this situation or has any ideas on how to fix it.

When I try to connect to the lab, I get the error message “WebPulse Bad Reputation Domain Request”, and as a result, I am unable to log in properly. I have checked my network settings and tried different browsers, but the problem persists.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to address this problem, or has anyone else experienced something similar recently? I would appreciate any guidance or advice you can offer.
