How I supposed to answer to "Enumerate the hostname of your target and submit it as the answer. (case-sensitive)" question from nmap

I am in nmap port and host discovery room. I have trouble with that question.
I have no idea what should I write it.
I tried:
-A
-sC
-sV
-O
these option of nmap scans and searching from you tube and google. In conclusion I stuck, I need help

All I can say is you should look closely to -sV output and look for what they are asking - hostname.
To help you further it is going to be under “Host”. I belive that will be enough
