Help solving this stego challenge (not from HTB)

Hello there people,

I’ve been scratching my head with this stego problem. I saw it in a CTF where no one could solve it.

What I know: I should be something with the headers.
The flag is something like Q4{this_is_the_flag}

Hi <3 quizas tengas que hacer algo con el binario, te fijaste?

Hey,

I took a look to the binary, but I don’t know where to go. Some apps detect it as sega/cd binary, other as macbinary. Try to check/modify the headers with no success.
