Has my account been blocked?

I’m trying to log in to the app. The page content cannot be loaded. The message “Error!” appears next to the chat in the lower right corner of the screen. Network error". This has been going on for quite some time. I can’t log in to my profile, it’s the same error. In this case, the VIP fee is deducted.

This appears to be a browser caching issue.

Can you clear your browser cache and retry? You also could try another browser to double check.
