Locked out of my new VIP+ account

For the last several days I’ve been accessing the free version of the site, and today I decided to upgrade to VIP+. I created an account, entered my payment info, and as soon as I got the notification on my phone that my account was debited the HTB site crashed and gave me an “Error 1020”. I’m now locked out of the HTB account that I just paid to upgrade. I was able to access the website from a different machine, but that defeats the purpose of logging in from my Kali VM. I tried changing VPN servers, temporarily switching off my VPN entirely, clearing my browser’s history, and I’m still unable to log on. Did I do something wrong? I just want to access the content I paid for.

I’d probably try a fresh VM. Otherwise, perhaps contact HTB support.
