if im not wrong, i had the the same problem. you have to follow the steps they gave you strictly, even if you are getting some kind of errors. Because i did on my way avoiding this kind of errors and i fixed it following their steps strictly getting errors. i hope it help you.
Finally I did it. As in the previous days, step by step, but found the group SID in users for some reason. I don’t know why there. I Asked tech support aboit it
