getting your email address is not verified on PwnBox

I have 2 hours on pwnbox when I try to run Instance I get this:
Error
Your email address is not verified.
any one can help me plz

It sounds like this is a system issue which needs HTB’s assistance to resolve.

It’s exactly like it says on the tin- you need to verify the email on your account.
