Error Max Machines Reached for this Lab

I have VIP, just want to through that out before people go down that rabbit hole. Has anyone seen this error? I am unable to start any machines as they all produce this error. This is active and retired boxes.

Same tbh, still going on as of today.
Cannot spin up anything from retired machines, same error as mentioned.
