connected but cant ping any machine

Im connected to th HTB lab i cant pick any machine i tried TCP n UDP still the same i get connected, got an IP but cant ping any machine
what could be wrong pls guys

try with a different connection pack or a different server region.

i have tried that still the same i dont get an icmp reply from any box, but i can send request
