How can I recover my account after loosing all types of 2FA access. I’m currently unable to access my account because of this. I have never changed the email ever since I opened my account and I can prove that I own the email.
Completely lost access to 2FA authentication app and recovery code. How do I recover my account now?

If you still have access to the OG e-mail you will be able to do a reset password and it should turn off 2FA

Or go on the Login page and click forget password, enter your email and you should be to good to go

Right after resetting the password, the next page asked me for the 2FA token:
Looks like there is not a way around it.
Well, I guess you will need to wait till the support come back, I was pretty sure the reset password process was disabling the 2FA. Since you don’t have your back up code as well. Sorry.
So the only thing I can tell you RN, make you to always have your backup code somewhere and secure, and also have a screenshot of your QR code from Google auth.
I had the same issue 2 weeks ago, lost my phone, and still do not have access of half of my device, at least I had a trusted computer connected to HTB.

I don’t know how many more days I should wait for the HTB team to reply to me, but it’s been over a week since I’ve requested help, and still nothing.
Is there another way of getting their attention?
My issue was sorted out. I was struggling to see the “send us a message” in the chat because of my ADBLOCKERs plugins. It’s all good now.

I Have the same issues can anyone please help me out, I have my email address but somehow I lost the authentication country codes and backup codes as well
