I can’t log into my account because I have forgotten the 2FA backup code. how can i reset the code to access?

I think you will need to raise a jira ticket with HTB. If it was possible to do this is in a trivial manner, or without admin support, then the 2FA wouldn’t be worthwhile.

I opened a ticket on Sunday but I still haven’t received any response.

Ah - that sucks. Definitely worth chasing it up with them.
