Can't stop active machine

Hello,

I was running parrot live on htb and installing it, once it was installed I was promprted to restart my machine, now the last machine I was working on won’t stop and is locked to the browser for the machine that was my parrot live environment, I am unable to stop the active machine and was wondering if anyone could help please
