Can't get burpsuite to work with the proxy

i have changed all the proxy settings, i cannot get burp to work at all… any ideas? i’ve tried changing proxy settings in burp to every IP address on my machine, i get no connection when I’m using intercept

so i set up firefox to work with burp, and i finally got it working, i finally get a response now! yay!
