WLAN0 STARTING IN MASTER MODE AFTER BOOTING THE OS

When i boot up my OS my wlan0 card is starting in the mode master instead of managed.

Does anyone know how to configure which mode it will start in when the OS boots up???

This is how my network card starts after booting up the OS.
