Unable to connect openvpn

Even after regenerating the Connection pack I am unable to connect to openvpn . In the HTB lab access connected is :x: , in the terminal it stuck at UDP link local : ( not bound) or sometimes Restart pause, 80 seconds. Kindly help even I have tried to change the .opvn file TCP 443!! No luck

i cannot ping and scan my box although i have connect openvpn also.So can you help me please?
