This is quite possibly the worst initial starting point of any website ever. This should be start here, end here.

@TazWake, Thanks. Did double check all things on my side but I couldn’t find the issue so raised an issue with support.

Apparently the issue in my case was that there are at least 3 different areas requiring different vpn file.

  1. For Staring Point you need the specific ovpn file generated on the start page;
  2. For regular Machines you will be using the Lab Access ovpn from the access page;
  3. For Release Arena access you will be using the Release Arena Access ovpn from the access page;
