Starting point Machine Question

Hello,

I downloaded the vpn pack for the first starting point machine 10.10.10.27 then when escalated the priviledges I lost access to the machine. After investigation i realized that I also lost access to the starting point vpn for some reason. Is this a known issue ?

What should I do?
