I can ping other machines but not 10.10.10.27. When I ping 10.10.10.198 which is the Buff machine then I get a response. If I ping 10.10.10.27 then I get no response. Can someone fix this machine so that I can access the other starting point machines? Maybe I am missing something?

You need to be on a starting point VPN to access Starting Point machines.
