DNS in /etc/resolv.conf: 1.1.1.1, 1.0.0.1
NetworkManager.conf: disabled DNS changes in /etc/resolv.conf (dns=none).
Some python scripts can’t connect to the network if I’m connected to an HTB network. Installing packages through pip takes about 10 minutes instead of 10 seconds, the openssl s_client -connect rubygems.org:443 -tls1_2 command does not output anything, nor do requests through openssl s_client to other hosts.
What was done: downgrade openvpn to 2.4.7 from 2.5.6-1, change of DNS, complete system upgrade, change of router
