I had this issue.I am glad to take part in the party. I have solved this issue.I think you just change the wrong ip in the php-reverse-shell.php .In the beginning my atack box ip is 10.17.118.1.But I change it into 10.10.118.1. Sorry for my poor English。

For the newer htb I had reverted to a different php reverse shell which worked:
