FTP issue with Starting-Point machine Vaccine

I could not find previous posts (apologize if I missed it somehow).

I have the credentials from the previous box however when I try and connect to the FTP on the Vaccine box I am getting errors from vsFTPd.

Has anyone encountered this issue?
