Yeah - use it to connect to the one you’ve downloaded the access pack for.
Alterntatively provide some hints as to what problems you are seeing, what error messages you are getting and how you are trying to use it - then its possible to help.
Tips to fix-
Change your VPN server.
Reboot the device (and the router).
Temporarily disable firewalls/antivirus/anti-spyware.
Connect using a different protocol.
Reinstall & reboot.
Switch networks.
Disable Battery Saving/Low Power Mode
