ChatterBox - No Ports Open

Hi Guys,
I am working on Retired Machine Chatterbox, I do not find any ports open, even i copy the commands from writeup but still not able to figure out why it shows no ports open, In writeups there are two ports open. Can someone help me on that.

Did you make sure the machine was started?

Are you sure you are connected to a VIP/VIP+ VPN?

Are you using the correct IP address (it might be different on VIP+)?

Hi , Thanks for Replying , Now its been working for me, I sort out the issue.
