Tried pinging retired machines but 100%packet loss. Not sure how to proceed.
Id suggest to raise a support request. I had the same problem with VIP and they are working on it. Goto other > support from the main page.
Ahh wait I just reread your post. I have the same problem. I can’t ping the retired machines either. You need to be VIP to do this I think. I did pay the subscription but still can’t access them. My support request is ongoing.
