academy instance not starting

Dears,

I’m new on hackthebox, now enrolled to Linux Fundamentals module.
On the System Information part, there’s a challenge, and it requires to start the vm instance. However, it never does.
After waiting about 10 min, the instance is still in “Instance is starting…” and it never does.
Any advice please?
