Why can't Spawn Machine?

I have dowloaded the vpn file ,and execute:

sudo openvpn starting_point_hulloworld.ovpn

I run into a issue when to click SPAWN MACHINE:

Why can’t spawn the machine?

You have an active machine, like the error says.
Click on the machien in the top (circle next to searchbar) and stop that machine first.
