Urgent Help Required to decompile the windows priv esc exploit

i have got a local priv esc exploit at
https://github.com/kacperszurek/exploits/raw/master/WinPower/WinPowerPrivEscExploit.class
This exploit add a normal user to the ADMINISTRATOR group but without any password?
How can i use it to gain Admin access without the password?
Or can anyone decompile the exploit to modify the exploit to add a user with it’s password.(because i am noob at java)
Its urgent any help will be appreciated Thanks
