when I enter the invitation code it recognizes the correct company, but then I get the following message “There was a problem logging you. Missing required information.”. What could be the reason for the error?

I am having the same issue, but the customer support team never found a fix.
If you are already part of an organization and if you are trying to join another organization you may face the mentioned error. Same happened to me when I try to join another organization. This is because htb only allows to join one organization per account. You can request the support to change your organization, the new enterprise admin will have to sent a mail to the support team asking the same.
