I know this is nothing new ans that a lot has been published in the past on this attack, but I wanted to propose a detailed explanation an a script on it. This is a work I began in university (with 2 other guys), and which I re-did to write this.
It is an article explaining how to exploit CBC mode and the associated script written in Python3 to automate the process:
