Fun box for most part, I hated the first part, drove me insane, things were correct, but after some time got what I needed back, then I had to leave and today work, and finally tonight had time to continue but this, was fun, I enjoyed today, but Sunday was ■■■■

I’m stuck on the first vulnerability. I was only able to read the passwd file, but I have no idea what else to do

Any kind hints for root? I understand the rsync command is involved, yet if I add or change any of the parameters it will request password.
I’m trying to escalate to root via rsync wildcard injection but I think this is not the case. The source path does not permit it. If you can find a way let me know
