not able to ping any retired machines

Im a VIP member now and i’m not able to ping any retired machines. What should i do to access these retired machines?

The following is what i see while i ping
PING 10.10.10.4 (10.10.10.4) 56(84) bytes of data.
From 10.10.12.1 icmp_seq=1 Destination Host Unreachable
From 10.10.12.1 icmp_seq=2 Destination Host Unreachable
From 10.10.12.1 icmp_seq=3 Destination Host Unreachable

I had that issue, didn’t realise I had to redownload the VPN file to get (for want of a better term) my VIP VPN
