Installation of parrot 4GB in virtual box 55GB, no space

hello people,
this is my first question, I am totally new, I installed virtual box and parrot and connected with VPN and spawned machine and finished first lecture about nmap and ftp, but then I tried to update and upgrade parrot and I got warning there is no more disk space. gParted said I have partition 55GB, and command df -H said I have 4GB space and it is full.

when I installed virtual box I gave to VM 55GB storage disk and parrot iso is 4GB, I followed instructions to install parrot iso file on whole space of 55GB, but it looks I use live iso file and even I logged in like encrypted persistance to parrot, I got warning there is no more space on device. I think I get option to login to live parrot and it is limited to 4GB space, and I have 55GB virtual machine, I dont know how to extend parrot from 4 to 55GB? I would like to give to parrot whole space of 55GB then I can update and upgrade parrot and install whatever I want.

I followed [tutorial] where is written:

Double click on the Install Parrot icon to launch the Parrot Installer. Click through the installation options and select Erase Disk when prompted. After finishing the prompts, click the Install and confirm with Install Now to begin the installation process.

I am new to this forum, I dont know can I uload screenshots, but I will try, hmm I can not upload screenshot… you can see my VM and parrot disk space.

hello people, just to say:
problem is solved, I just visited System tab in virtual machine, and unchecked boot order (floppy and cd), now it can boot only from hdd of VM.
I boot without problem and I had to type password and parrot automatically asked me do I want to make update. I checked df -H how much space I have and it is written /dev/sda1 40GB is free from 55GB. now everything is good, I changed boot option in VM and problem is gone.
