Having issue to recompile the folder to application in android

Hello Team need your help I stuck somewhere to build application using “apktool b folder_name -o abc.apk”
this command I fired and got error like
“I: Using Apktool 2.4.0-dirty
brut.directory.PathNotExist: apktool.yml”

can you please help me to solve this problem
