Detecting DLL Hijacking

Good morning,
In the SOC anaylst path, WINDOWS EVENT LOGS & FINDING EVIL mini module,
First section " Detection Example 1: Detecting DLL Hijacking "
in this section, i’m trying to move ( not make a shortcut of calc executable ) to a writable directory
But i get the following error

Is there a way to fix ? i cannot finish the task if i can’t move the calc app
I’ll appreciate any help possible to fix this,

If I recall correctly, just copying it (to the writeable directory) would work as well.
