Hello, I connected to HTB using seasonal VPN and launched the seasonal machine (Bizness). Now I’ve successfully performed nmap scan and even ping, however, visiting the website of the machine on https://machine-ip redirects to https://bizness.htb and it shows that it cannot access this website error. I saw similar errors people face it mainly it was to add to etc/hosts the lines:
machineip bizness.htb, not sure how this is going to help.
Either way after adding that the error is still the same - I tried relaunching machine, redowloading the VPN files, I still cannot access the web browser. The proxy is disabled. What am I doing wrong? Thanks.
What do mean you cannot access this website? Any specific error message?
I’ve started the machine, entered “10.10.11.252 bizness.htb” to my /etc/hosts file otherwise your browser doesn’t know where to go after the nginx server redirects. The http site redirects to https, so may it be you have to agree the certificate or smth. like this. Kinda hard to help without a specific error message.

Then you need click on Advanced… and Accept the Risk and Continue
If it is a 502 like this:
Mostly a problem with the vpn-connection, restart your connection or maybe pc because in my case another vpn-connection is causing this problem.

@mux1337, thanks for the answer, at first I was facing the “We can’t seem to find a page you are looking for”, later the images you showed above (both of them). As you mentioned it could be the problem with vpn-connection, I redownloaded the VPN configuration file and specified a different VPN SERVER, now it loads. Thanks.
