Whenever I try to connect, this appears:

Haven’t seen the error yet. You tried downloading your connection packs again?
Also, try downloading from a different region (for example EU in stead of US). Also try the alternate connection method described in the access page.

If the problem persists, provide some I formation about your OS and your openvpn command
