Anybody know if there’s a way to go back to downloading these as MD files instead of PDF? I keep all my notes in markdown and liked that style better for compatibility

I’ve only seen PDFs for everything. Personally, I think taking the time to rewrite any notes is beneficial. If you just copy and paste markdown files into your notes, you don’t really gain anything. Typing your own notes helps reinforce the learning aspect, which is what we are all here to do anyways. I use a local Docker running WikiJS to keep everything I write, and it is all written in markdown.
I’ve commented this exactly on both of their posts in Linkedin and in Instagram and only got a like from the HTB Instagram account. 
I used to download them and use as a template for a more robust notes on each academy module as well.
I’m too dissatisfied with the change.

yeah i write my own notes as well; i just like having the tables in them so that i can ctrl+f easily through all my notes at once.
Depending on how complex the pdf is you can highlight all and dump it into chatgpt and tell it to conver to MD for you. its pretty good at doing that. thats what i do becuase i prefer using obsidian for all my notes.
I use Obsidian too and it would be so much easier if the cheat sheets weren’t formatted the way they are now in PDF’s.
