I am hitting “An error occurred while making the requested connection.” to the Default Desktop in the humongousretail.com/remote

I have try to respawn the target multiple times but still the same issue. But seems like no one face this issue recently?

This is what happened when reconnect: "Default is currently unavailable. Try reconnecting and, if the problem persists, contact your system administrator. "
