I’ve managed to get user access! However does anyone have any hints for priv esc to get root access? does it have anything to do with lx.xo.1 (if you know what i mean

The comments have been very helpful, but I’m having privesc issues to get root.txt. I’ve tried every flag I can think of and some of the one’s on the man page are not valid/working. Would someone kindly nudge me in the right direction?
I’m using a particular service to get the /root/root.txt file, but it is saying “File not Found”

I got root quickly and in the easiest manner possible. Can someone pm me alternate ways to getting root. This seemed too easy.
can someone help reset the box… the important files keeps being change by other ppl so cant access the user .__.

Rooted it.
Machine was pain. Reason isn’t that it was difficult, reason is that it is really hardly lagging.
Port scan was a pain, sometimes ports appeared open, sometimes not due to timeout to port. Then the hole machine did not response.
On shell there was also a random response lag, longest a few minutes.
This machine needs some fixing.

Yeah the EU VIP servers seem to be crapping themselves even after a fresh reset with no other active users - free server seems fine though.
