There’s two of everything 
All I can say is that I went down a rabbit hole that matched every clue in here, and even thinking logically made sense! Just needed to descend a bit further.
I need also a hint. Saw the different stages of ■■■■ and got the programming language but not a decoder. What am I doing wrong ?

I googled “[level of ■■■■] programming language” for all 9 Dante level’s of ■■■■ and (to my huge surprise) I found 5 programming languages:
2 with perfect match:

2 with semantic match:

None of these languages look like a random pile of characters.
I haven’t solved “Art” so far. Should I go for that challenge first as some suggested it has a hint for this challenge?
Update: I solved “Art” because of what I was looking for this problem:)
Update 2: I found a language. I am very surprised though that no one previously asked about it. I approached this step from another angle: I stopped searching for levels of ■■■■ and looked for various strange languages while keeping “■■■■” in mind.

I’ve already solved the challenge but I just wonder what was that “obvious step” that you missed (because the time I found programming language I almost immediately solved the challenge)?
